Coconut Flour/Gluten Free Pancakes

So if you've been following me on Facebook, you know that have a slight MAJOR obsession with pancakes!

I'm literally ALWAYS thinking about IHOP! 

Well, here's a recipe I tried and it's super clean and healthy for ya! 

I threw a little melted maple almond butter and BAM. Straight up delicious! 



What You'll Need:

2 egg whites
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond milk 
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 packets of stevia (I used one packet)


What You'll Do:

Combine all ingredients and stir.

Lightly grease a skillet and heat before slapping your pancake mix on there. 

Pour a bit of mixture.

Well, you know the rest. Just cook it like a regular ol pancake. :)
