Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

These are seriously soooo yummy! I'll be having 2 of these for breakfast everyday this week!

::Oatmeal Muffins::


Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 packet of stevia
1 cup diced apple (peeled)
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs beaten at room temp. 


Directions:

1. Mix all dry ingredients( oats, salt, cinnamon, stevia)


2. Add coconut oil, fruit, eggs. 


3. Pour into muffin tin. 


4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
