5 Months Post Partum Progress

5 1/2 months in..5 1/2 months out


No diets, no starvation, no saying no to things I love, no monotonous workout routines, no hours in the gym, just enjoying my life, listening to my body, living a balanced life, and putting my best foot forward. Fitness shouldn't be temporary. It shouldn't involve cutting out the things you love. When you gain control of your mind, stay focused on your purpose in life, find support from like minded people, and create a healthy & balanced lifestyle that you love ...everything falls into place <3
