These grilled fruit quesadillas were super easy to make and it took less than 5 minutes.
21 Day Fix Portion -->1 purple, 1 yellow, 1 tsp.
What You'll Need:
About 4-5 strawberries (sliced)
Half a banana (sliced)
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tsp. of nut butter choice (Of course I used peanut butter!)
Cinnamon
What You'll Do:
1. Slice the banana and strawberries. Set aside.
2. Heat griddle or frying pan on medium low heat.
3. Spread tortilla with a tsp. of nut butter.
4. Place banana and strawberry slices on the tortilla.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Place the prepared tortilla on the pan. Cook until golden brown and the nut butter has melted.
7. Fold over the tortilla to make a quesadilla.
Voila!
